Late getaway today as John had to find a motorcycle shop to buy some oil for the bike.
5 hours spent travelling on Interstate 80 - we were heading for Lake Tahoe but the heat became wearing so we decided to pull off at a town called Fernley.
After a lovely shower we walked over the road to Walmart to do some shopping, couldn't be bothered to eat out tonight so had a Subway and bought a pack of cold beers to take back to the motel to watch MotoGP on the laptop. On to San Francisco tomorrow via Lake Tahoe, to meet up with Steve & Judy, Anne's brother & sister-in-law. This will complete our first stage travelling East to West and we have now covered over 4000 miles.
